
I’m sorry, but I just love Halloween so much that I have to post another experiment.
I had two egg whites left from my experimental pumpkin pie- so I whisked them to stiff peaks, then added 100 grams of sugar, and whisked again.
Fill a piping bag with the meringue, and pipe little swirls like so….bake for 1 hour at a very low temperature, then switch the oven off and leave them to crisp. I finished mine with black food colouring eyes and creepy shrieking mouths
Just place them on your favourite fairy cake….aWOOOOOO
